EXCHANGE-A-BLADE GUARANTEE
Our stringent quality controls ensure that every recycled
blade meets the highest standards of quality and is equal or
superior in performance to any new blade. However, if for any
reason whatsoever, you're not completely satisfied with a blade our
policy is simple: Your satisfaction is guaranteed, or return to
your dealer for a free
replacement.
What happens to your dull blade when it is
returned to our factory:
All blades are checked for damage, balance and
flatness. Any blades that do not meet our stringent factory
standards are scrapped.
Blades are run through a cleaning and polishing
process to remove any wood pitch, glues and
rust.
Carbide tips are individually inspected and worn or
damaged tips are replaced. All tips are ground to razor sharpness
with fine diamond grit wheels on state of the art, computerized,
sharpening machines.
Rigorous quality control checks at each stage ensure all
EXCHANGE-A-BLADE products meet or exceed industry
specifications.
