Carbide Blades - Industrial

• Made from top quality hardened steel. • Polished finish to resist rust and prolong blade life. • Ground with a fine 800 grit diamond wheel to achieve maximum sharpness. • Tipped with superior quality C2 - C4 tungsten carbide tips • Plates on all our Industrial Quality Blades are HRC40-45. • All blades 10” and smaller have a 5/8” diameter arbor hole. • Blades larger than 10” have tension rings for improved flatness and have a 1" diameter arbor hole.

Industrial All Purpose (Planer Combination)

• All purpose carbide blade used for crosscutting and ripping both softwoods and hardwoods.
• C4 Micrograin Tungsten carbide
• Provides a fast smooth cut in almost all types of wood.
• This special configuration uses four alternate top bevel cutting teeth and one raker tooth plus a special gullet for extra chip removal.

Industrial Cabinetry (Finishing)

• Designed to provide splinter free cutting.
• C4 Micrograin Tungsten carbide
• Excellent for use on hard and soft woods, particle board and
plywood and plastic laminates.
• Alternating Top Bevel.

Industrial Fiber Cement

• Polycrystaline diamond layer on carbide tips provide fast, smooth cuts and last longer than any other type of blade when cutting fiber-cement products.
• These blades are specifically designed for cutting fiber cement cladding products such as hardi-plank and cemplank with minimal dust.

Industrial Framing (Combination)

• These premium blades are designed for cutting hardwood and softwood, composition materials, plywood and some plastic laminates.
• Alternating Top Bevel.

Industrial Melamine/Laminate (Triple Chip)

•Extra fine finishing blade.
• Extremely smooth cutting for melamine, laminates or plastics.
• The triple chip grind results in chip-free cutting and long life of cutting edges.
• The 10 x 100 tooth blade is recommended for cutting materials up to 3/4" thick.
• C4 micrograin Tungsten carbide
• Ideal for use in both portable and stationary equipment.

Industrial Miter (Aluminum)

•The triple chip (TC) blade has a 5º negative rake and is designed for all miter, sliding compound miter and radial arm saws. This blade should be used for plastics, laminates and non-ferrous metals like aluminum, brass, copper, etc. When used for metal cutting, a mechanical holddown and lubricant should be used. The negative rake eliminates blowout and kickback associated with sliding compound miter saws and greatly reduces the tendancy to overfeed on radial arm saws.
•These blades are ideal for the Makita, Dewalt, Hitachi and other sliding compound miter saws.

Industrial Miter (Ferrous Metal Cutting)

• Our steel cutting saw blades make light work out of all kinds of mild steel; steel studs, sheet metal, pipe, channel threaded rod, etc. •Specially formulated C-6 carbide grade resists breakage on impact and lasts much longer than standard carbide or abrasives. • Abrasive wheels throw sparks and lots of dust, these blades eliminate wheel dust. • Abrasive wheels leave a burr at the cutting edge that must be removed later - these blades cut clean eliminating this after cut process

Industrial Miter (Wood)

• The Alternating Top Bevel (ATB) Blade has a 5° negative hook angle and is designed for all miter, sliding compound miter and radial arm saws. This blade provides fine, splinter-free cutting of all wood products.
• These blades are ideal for the Makita, DeWalt, Hitachi and other sliding compound miter saws.

Industrial RazorTooth

• Ultra smooth finish. Reduces need for sanding.
